Interested in joining Rush Hour?  Well, to do so simply seek out the president, Wolff, at Gamertag: twolff321 and challenge him to a street race.  Upon winning it (and odds are, the car class will be rank S), you'll be evaluated for admission into the club.  If you have a hard time tracking Wolff down, simply watch the Events board and schedule yourself the allotted time to meet and race then.  Basically, just race well with the guy around and you should be admitted.

Once in, you'll be expected to place the red Biohazard logo somewhere on all the cars you'll be racing in team events with.  Members of Rush Hour should have a decent car to race with in each class (i.e. D1, C1, B1, etc.), and should keep their cars maintained for Car Club Races.

It's simple, really.  Just impress Wolff on the streets and place that logo on your car and you'll be all set.  Any questions or concerns can be addressed on-site over Xbox Live.  See you out there!
