'Who Will Save You?' By Richard Morgan

This is an example of a poster made by Mobius's Runner movement to get the citizens motivated into pushing for their right to be free from the tyranny of Robotnik. It is also an answer to the propaganda of the Mobian public relations agencies (also controlled by Robotnik) who label the Runner movement as a rag-tag band of criminal troublemakers, set out to create a state of anarchy. The idealistic image above shows a stylised young fox holding the Runner's symbol, proudly and firmly. The flag of the Runners is a Mobius ring on a blue background - the ring to symbolise the effort of the freedom fighters that never ends, and the blue is a reference to the real symbol of hope for the planet - Sonic himself. The words "Who Will Save YOU?" asks the reader as an individual. It suggests that while Sonic tries his best to put a stop to the Dictator of Mobius, he cannot protect every single citizen all of the time. The message the poster attempts to get across is that the Runner movement can protect a lot more people, all over the planet.

These posters were mostly produced very early on in the fight for freedom, while Mobian citizens still had a large amount of resources under their control. The ficticious figure in the poster also served as a role model for one individual, a young fox who became a runner after Robotnik's forces hit his home village at the start of the reign of terror, and later became the self-appointed protector of the Scrap Brain Zone...
