Two of the most wanted Zonerunners you could ever hope to see; Talbot, and his 'Protector', Rao. Talbot is the "founder" of the Zonerunners, the original, the man who first stood up to the opression and persuaded others to join his cause. He is now somewhat of a legend as far as Zonerunners go, popping his head up every now and then in serious situations, but largely, people debate as to if he really does exist.
