'Tails' Level Select

No, I can't give you the cheat, because it doesn't exist! It is very similar to the Sonic 2 level select, including a three-zone level, this time the Robofortress Zone rather than Sonic 2's Metropolis. 'Tails' also has less levels than Sonic 2, and the last level is titled 'Final Zone', in similar fashion to the first Sonic release.
