Robofortress Zone Title Screen

The Robofortress is the equivalent to Sonic 2's Metropolis, with three zones instead of two. In the 'Tails' release, this is where Doctor Robotnik would house his final base - it would be a bit like combining the Metropolis, Death Egg, and the Scrap Brain. Not a nice place to be.
