'Jools'

Jools, one of Dee and Zonefox's closest friends, also an experienced Runner in his own right, has fought against Robotnik since the very beginning of Mobius's occupation. While he is fully aware of the grim tasks that all Runners have to face, Jools has a cheerful optimism that is rarely seen in creatures with his predicament.
