 | Sonic Ultra was the first game by Gregorsoft ever to be released to the general public. With six short levels and mediocre speed due to full screen mode, this game didn't really have much to shout about. However, from this game several other, better games have sprouted. The latest of these looks to address every problem with the original.

 | This was the second game in the SU series. Actually, this game, along with two others, were meant to be part of the original Sonic Ultra. They were later released in one game under the name of Sonic Ultra Compilation. Anyway, this game was based directly on the original. It did, however, have levels that were twice as long as the first game (which still isn't very long) and the terrible Sonic sprite from the original was updated slightly. | ||||

 | Sonic Ultra 2-Player was a small set of 2-Player levels that took one afternoon to cobble together. Nothing worth making a fuss about. NB: The game runs at about twice the size of the screenshot on the left; I've had to resize that picture to make it fit. | ||||

 | Sonic Ultra Compilation was the what the original Sonic Ultra was supposed to be like. The original SU was cut short due to time constraints. With better graphics and more levels, SU Compilation was far better than any of the previous SU games. SU Comp. actually comprised of SU, SU2, SU 2-Player and SU Extra Stages, which was never released on its own. | ||||

  | Finally, it's here! SU: TR is finished and ready for download! There are many features in this game never before seen in any other Sonic Fan Game --- at the time, anyway :-). SU: TR Deluxe is out now; get that instead.

  | Sonic Ultra: The Return Deluxe is a sort of 'Special Edition' of the original SU: TR. Most of the minor wrinkles have been smoothed out, such as the missing Badnik Bounce and Act Completed animation. There are also two new levels: Lava Reef Acts 1 & 2. These were intended for the original, but were cut out in one of my "get this thing shipped now" attacks. There are numerous other new features not listed here, some of which can be seen on the screenshots to the left.
